Today I am going to explain iPhone dead repair.

The iPhone was in dead condition. Track was missing in IC well I reball the IC and it is in good condition. and working fine.

This is a very simple method but i want to say that the person who is going to repair any phone needs to identify the fault.

How to identify fault.

• Check phone on dc supply.
• Check vcc and vccq voltage.
• Also try to check I2C line.
